| Hey guys...it's been almost a year since I've updated...Well I think this might be the last entry until the end of the summer...
This coming Sunday the 26th, I'm going to Philippines! It's been 8 long years since I last went. I can't wait to see all of my relatives, and how much my cousins have grown. I'll be coming back in mid-August, while the rest of my family is coming back September 17. I'll celebrate my birthday too, on July 19. My family is planning to throw a huge bash on my b-day, so it's going to be very interesting. I'm going on a spending spree there, and spend almost all of my money.
During July, Ate Grace is coming to the U.S. My brother's wife is coming, but it's too bad I won't be able to see her at all during the summer. I'll get to see her when I come back. My older bro is going nuts without her for almost a year. I told him to change the bedsheets everyday, don't stain the ceiling, don't wreck the bed, don't break the door down, and don't disturb the neighbors with the noise at night. I know he's been missing "some" for a year now, and I know he's eager to practice, but he has to calm down...lol.

I might update on this later. It's about love...
| I'm close to being a drug dealer soon...well actually an assistant...and not the drug dealer that everybody is thinking about...I'm gonna be a PHARMACY assistant. It's kinda hard with all the drug names I have to remember. Mad annoying.
Well I went to Club Melao, and I thought I was just going to see Angela Velez perform, but instead I actually got to dance with her! She chose 6 people at random to "shake" and see who had the best shake. And I was one of them. I was mad nervous and scared and embarrased, but I gave it all. Of course I didn't win, but it was still fun.
Aireen's debut was great. It was very cool with the dancing and music. I loved the dance that they planned. It was cool. The most surprising thing was that Aireen gets to stay in NYC. Everyone thought she was going to leave but I think it's one of the greatest presents anyone can give a person.
College starts VERY SOON...well here's some jokes that are MAAAAD FUNNY!
Joke # 1
This man is walking down the beach and hears someone weeping. He stops and sees a woman without any arms or legs crying beside an ocean pool. He asks, "What's the problem?" "I've never been hugged before," she answers. Well, this is a nice guy, so he walks over and gives her a hug. Half and hour later, he is going back to his car and hears her crying again. He asks, "Now what's wrong?" She says, "I've been thinking about it, and I realize I've never been kissed before." The guy thinks what's the harm in giving her a kiss to make her feel better? He kneels down and gives her a kiss. At his car, he finds that he left his keys behind so he goes back to the girl to find them, and sure enough, there she is crying again. "Now what's wrong?" he asks. She says, "I've nere made love with anyone before." The guy picks her up, throws her into the ocean, and says, "Now you're fucked."
Joke # 2
There once was a rural minister who was raising three daughers on his own. He was very concerned about their well-being and always did his best to watch out for them. As they entered their late teens, the girls began dating, and on this particular evening, all three of them were going out. This was the first time this has occured. It was the minister's custom to greet the young suitor at the door holding his shotgun, not to menace or threaten, but merely to ensure that the young man knew who was boss.
The doorbell rang and the first of the boys arrived. Father answered the door and the boy said, "Hi, my name's Joe, I'm here for Flo. We're going to the show; is she ready to go?"
The father looked him over and sent the kids on their way.
The next lad arrived and said, "My name's Eddie, I'm here for Betty, we're gonna get some spaghetti; is she ready?"
Father felt this one was okay, too, so off the two kids went.
The last young man arrived and the minister opened the door. The boy started off, "Hi, my name's Chuck..." and the father shot him.

| Happy birthday to ME!!!!(a few hours late) Me EIGHTEEN!!!!! WOOHOO!!!
(update later)
Damn I always have to catch up...FUDGE!!!!
Independence Day...lit my fireworks that I bought in the back of a van in the park. Bought like 40 bucks worth, and was well worth it.
Went BEACHING (say that out loud) with Hu, Robert, Damir and Ivan, and it was mad fun. I tried riding the waves and I suck lol. Later we played handball at a nearby park. The last game never seemed to end when I played Hudat. I remember him saying, "Game 11", then when I won, "game 15", then when I won again, "game 21". Then I lost...lol.
My bro's birthday was on the 10th...he's 23!...and being the nice brother that I am, I got him new sneakers. Burned a big ass hole in my pocket but it's cool.
Then came a stretch of three days when I kept going to the park, either in St. Mikes, or in the park behind P.S. 148. Mad fun. After the third day, I suffered leg fatigue and got mad pain on my leg muscles.
On the 18th, June invited me to his birthday barbecue. It was mad fun. Everyone was older than me by like 3 years but it was all good. The guys were drinking and telling their stories outside, while the girls were inside singing karaoke. I didn't drink too much. I can't say that to my bro though. I had to guide him home because he couldn't walk straight.
On my birthday, I was going to carry out some plans with my family for my birthday, until I was called up for work. I remember yelling out "FUCK!" I thought it would suck, but it was better than I expected. My boss bought me a cake and it said on the cake, "Happy Birthday Rey!" They started singing the happy birthday song, and I heard a customer sing it too! Lol that was mad funny. Everyone had cake...it was yummy yum yum. The plans with my family was carried out the next day which included more cake, and more singing.
Yesterday I went to Cafe Unos right across the street from the theaters. Met with Ivan first, then saw Hudat, Robert and Damir. I felt sorry for the waiter...we got the pizza but got deep dish instead of thin (except for Damir). I felt sorry for the guy, so I kept my pizza, while everyone else wanted their thin crust. Besides, I didn't want to risk my food getting spit on...lol. We ate some good pizza, and after we finished we had trouble splitting the damn tab lol. We went to the theaters after to hang out in the arcades, and that was fun. When we went outside it started pouring non-stop and had to share 3 umbrellas between 5 people. It became 3 good umbrellas and 2 broken umbrellas found on the floor between 5 people. Everyone was soaked. Damn my new sneakers were soaked... . Oh well it was worth it.
By the way, I'm going to take Pharmacy Assistant classes every weekend for six weeks starting July 31st. It's good to get a head start. Maybe after I finish i'll get to work at Rite Aid or Eckerd and make labels, or count pills or something...lol.
| Wow I haven't updated in a loooong time so I'll try to catch up.
Prom was cool. It was hard to dance on the floor during some songs cuz it got so packed ur basically touching everyone next to you.
The beach house was mad fun. Almost everyone was drinking and the beach was cool. It got even more funny when Andy lost his glasses...lol.
Went to that Filipino club party at the last day of school and that was really nice. Food was great. People started singing karaoke but the only person that sang great was Stephanie...lol. I felt kinda guilty cuz I didn't even join the club and I still went. It seemed like I came there just for the food. ( I wasn't)
Senior Brunch was also cool. I got to see almost everyone and signed lots of yearbooks. I exactly ate absolutely nothing and drank half a can of soda. I would've drank the other half if I didn't put my can down on one of the tables and didn't forget which one was mine.
Damn I can't believe graduation was yesterday. My parents came but after we exited and we were all OUTSIDE!! They told me they woke up late! I was like WHAT THE HELL?! I was holding back tears...people that saw me probably didn't seem like it, but really I did.
Went to the diner yesterday with "the crew" and it was mad fun! Burgers that are about 3 inches thick and I still felt the effects of it today...lol. I had a huge stomachache! It was funny when Mo busted his ass chasing after hudat in the park...damn i should've taped it!
I picked up my diploma today, and it seems like I'm the only one who got three golden stickers...lol. I was showing it to people, and they kept saying I was showing off. (by the way I was not) Went to see White Chicks after and it was mad funny.
Ah man...I can't believe it's over. 4 years has passed really quick. I'll be calling people for no particular reason, maybe except to say hi and to talk. Gotta keep in touch, you know.
| "One Year, Six Months"-Yellowcard (the song you should be hearing now)
Sew this up with threads of reason and regret So I will not forget. I will not forget How this felt one year six months ago...I know I cannot forget. I cannot forget
I'm falling into memories of you And things we used to do Follow me there A beautiful somewhere A place that I can share...with you
I can tell that you don't know me anymore It's easy to forget, Sometimes we just forget And being on this road is anything but sure Maybe we'll forget, I hope we don't forget
I'm falling into memories of you And things we used to do Follow me there A beautiful somewhere A place that I can share...with you
So many nights, legs tangled tight Wrap me up in a dream with you Close up these eyes, try not to cry All that I've got to pull me through is memories of you Memories of you Memories of you Memories of you
I'm falling into memories of you And things we used to do Follow me there A beautiful somewhere A place that we can share Falling into memories of you And things we used to do
I got a digital camcorder/camera...and it cost me 600 bucks. Now I'm...well not poor...I guess you can say that I'm "financially challenged". I went crazy with it. I took so many damn pictures, and with the help of some people, made some funny movies.
I wonder a year from now if some of my friends will remember me...I know I will remember almost everybody, but the question is...will I recognize you?
P.S.- Like my tongue? | | |
